Prof (Dr.) Manjot Singh Bhatia is working as Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Business School, OP Jindal Global University. He has completed Doctorate in Operations Management from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, India (AACSB accredited). He has done B.E.(Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from BITS, Pilani and MASc. Industrial Engineering from Concordia University, Canada. He has over 5 years of research and industry experience. Before coming to academics, he has worked for 2 years at BHEL.

His research has been published / accepted in reputed Journals such as: International Journal of Production Research, Production Planning and Control, Annals of Operations Research, Journal of Cleaner Production, etc. His current research areas include: Closed Loop supply chain, Industry 4.0, Blockchain and sustainability.
