Admission of international students will be confirmed only after verification of nomination letter, original certificates, medical fitness test, and payment of any required fees, any other documentation.
JGBS offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate level courses for exchange students. Course registration will take place before the beginning of the semester. All necessary information will be sent to all exchange students via email after admission.

Attendance and Participation
After admission, students will receive a JGBS email account. All important information (e.g. about course registration etc.) will be sent to this JGBS email account only! It is student’s to check this account regularly. If desired, students can instruct the JGBS account to forward all emails to a private email account of their choice.

JGBS India Immersion Program
Students who are not interested or able to spend an entire semester at JGBS can participate in our One week long India Immersion Program which is offered year around against USD 2500 at graduate and executive level. For more queries please contact email-: firstname.lastname@example.org
JGBS Management Development Program
Students who are not interested or able to spend an entire semester at JGBS can participate in our International Management Development Program which is offered in June-July of each year at graduate level.
Medical Certificate Requirement
Prior to coming to India, a student is required to undergo the medical examination and get the medical fitness certificate. Government of India rules require all international students entering India on student visa to be tested for HIV and will not be given admission if found to be positive. All international students need to be adequately covered by Health & Medical Insurance which is valid in India for the study period.
Registration with the Local Police
It is a statutory requirement that foreign nationals must apply for a registration with local police within seven days of their arrival. This allows them to stay for the entire period of studies. JGBS International Programmes Team will distribute all necessary information on this process during the induction days and will facilitate this process.
Cost and fee structure
Unless otherwise agreed in advance with the Home University of the incoming students, exchange program tuition fee is waived off as per the bilateral agreement between the home and the host universities. Students however have to pay their tuition fees at their home universities. Student is responsible for their boarding and lodging and related expenses for utilities, transportation, etc. in the host university.

On Campus Accommodation And Facilities
The University provides residential accommodation for its students on twin bed sharing basis. The University campus presents a comfortable, modern, self-contained living environment. Student housing: bedrooms, common rooms, dining halls etc. are all centrally air conditioned. The University Halls of Residence for students follow international norms and the rooms are aesthetically furnished. The list of items provided for each student in each room consists of: Bed, Mattress, Pillow, Bed and pillow covers, Desk, Chair, Cupboard. Rooms are furnished, but typically may not have everything you need during your stay. However, the University campus also has convenience store where students can buy necessary items upon arrival.
