The significance of the Asia-Pacific region is increasing in today’s world economy. Yet, its dynamic economies and cultural diversities are complex for business activities, Economic policymaking and innovation. The Center for Asia Pacific Business Research, Economics and Innovation (CAPBREI) is to serve the Asia-Pacific business and academic communities by bringing together researchers and industry leaders to conduct high quality research on current and emerging issues in the region. : It aims to facilitate constructive dialogues to have a significant impact in the economic and business advancement in the Asia Pacific region. In addition to engaging in research activities, CAPBREI is also expected to serve as a discussion forum for advancement of business research, economics, and innovations in this region.
In Spring 2020, CAPBREI conducted twelve events. One panel discussion and eleven lectures with sixteen experts from all over the world. The underlying theme of these lecture were COVID19 and its impact on economy, business, environment, and life.
