Antecedents of Customers’ Choice of Green Hotels and their Impact on Environmental Planning and Operations of Hotels

This study examines the impact of environmental concerns of service providers in the hospitality industry and their perceptions of the willingness of customers to pay for this. Using a business strategy framework, and by collecting data from hotel managers and guests in the US and Pakistan, the study will make a cross-national comparison. The study is expected to be completed by June 2016, in collaboration with Professor Fareeda Saleem of the Fatima Jinnah Women’s University, Islamabad.
