Senior Research Associate
Anuj Pal Kapoor is a PhD from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. His research areas include consumer behavior and preference towards web based platforms, and Digital Transformation & Maturity.
Prior to joining the PhD program, he has worked in the industry for six years across marketing, innovation and consulting domains. He was responsible for setting up the innovation function at HDFC Life based out of Mumbai and spearheaded the analytic function at Michael Page International, Gurgaon.
Kapoor holds an MBA in Marketing and B.E in Electronics and Communications. He also holds a certificate in Innovation Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT, USA). Anuj is the recipient of ICSSR doctoral fellowship and was awarded the UNESCO fellow (Paris).
