Prof. (Dr). Anuj Pal Kapoor holds a PhD from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi and his research areas include consumer preference towards web based platforms, collaborative consumption, and digital transformation & maturity. During his Ph.D., Anuj developed a framework for strategic partnership between banks and e-commerce players, based on the digital consumption patterns of consumers across India.
Prior to joining the PhD program, he has worked in the industry for six years across marketing, innovation and consulting domains. He was responsible for setting up the innovation function at HDFC Life based out of Mumbai and spearheaded the analytics function at Michael Page India, Gurgaon.
Kapoor holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis International University; Bremen University of Applied Sciences – Hochschule Bremen, Germany and B.E in Electronics and Communications from Institute of Technology & Management (Now NorthCap University, Gurgaon). He also holds a certificate in Innovation Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT, USA). Anuj is the recipient of ICSSR doctoral fellowship and was awarded the UNESCO fellow (Paris).
